BANANA & APPLE JACK SMOOTHIE

Ingredients: 1 Banana, 1 Apple, 11/2 cups of 2% milk.

Prepare fruit. Add ingredients all together and blend on puree setting until all blended. Serve right away or chill and serve later. Add sugar or honey to sweeten the taste.

Serves 3 to 4 depending on glass size. 

JACK'S STRAWBERRY & CREME SUPREME

Ingredients: 1/2 cup of Strawberries, 1/2 cup of 2% Milk

1/2 cup of Cream

Prepare fruit. Add ingredients all together and blend on puree setting until all blended. Serve right away or chill and serve later. Add sugar or honey to sweeten the taste.

Serves 3 to 4 depending on glass size.

Select either a salty, sweet or veggie snack. Assemble in an ice cream cone and enjoy

JACK'S FUDGE BARS

Ingredients: 1 package of Instant Pudding, 2 cups of 2% milk, 2 cups of Ice Cream (chocolate or vanilla). 1 popsicle tray, 1 package of popsicle sticks.

Mix pudding and milk well. Then add ice cream and mix together. Put in popsicle tray, insert popsicle sticks and place in freezer.
