While most orders are sent within 24 hours, please allow 2-5 days  for delivery in Canada, and 2-3 weeks for International orders.

In an effort to provide our customers the most reasonable shipping rates available, we currently do not provide real-time calculation of shipping charges for online orders.

By processing all shipping costs offline, our service staff is able to provide our customers with much more reasonable shipping rates than they would receive if we employed an automated shipping rate system

Due to the shipping of a variety of odd-size products (i.e. Sticks, photos) and processing a number of orders containing multiple items, our experience has shown us that automated online shipping systems often tend to overestimate shipping charges on our orders. By determining shipping rates offline, we save you money.

Please note: UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. We also offer our customers the option to have their shipment delivered economically via Canada Post. Jack In The Box Party Packs recommends Canada Post Registered Mail for any shipments delivered outside of North America Customs and duty charges (if any) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Postage & Handling - Minimum Charges $8.50 per order (UPS minimum - $15) for party pack
